  • Utensils: 1 medium mixing bowl, cooking sheet or stone pizza dish, rolling pin, wide-rim cup
  • Heat oven to 475°F.
  • Mix the pineapple chunks and PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Follow the instructions of the pre-made pizza dough and roll it with the Rolling pin on a surface coated with flour until it is very thin.
  • Cut the dough in small circles using the wide-rim cup.
  • Put the cut dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Coat them with mustard and then add the cream cheese and pineapple mix.
  • Add the ham strips and lastly sprinkle the brown sugar.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
