I don't know how big the "small pieces" of cream cheese are supposed to be, but you could see and taste the cream cheese in the omlette when it was cooked. It didn't taste bad, I just don't know if that was the intention. I also had a little difficulty with the 2nd and 3rd omlettes I made. It requires that you thoroughly clean the pan between each omlette, or you will have problems with sticking. Otherwise it tasted great and was very filling.
