We drank this on a Sunday morning. The kids loved it. I added champagne to mine for a creamy mimosa. I had multiple servings.
This tasted good but I was expecting more of a dessert than drink. Less OJ would probably make it perfect.
So yummy! And couldn't be easier...I made it twice in two days. The second time I more "eye-balled" the juice and cool whip. You do want to stir it after it sits as it will separate a bit. I could definitely see this being made with other flavors of juice as well, but this is a winner just as is. I will definitely be making this time and time again.
