Creamy Orange Citrus Breeze

Orange juice, instant vanilla pudding and creamy reduced-fat whipped topping are combined for a refreshing chilled drink.

qt. (6 cups) cold orange juice, divided

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

Make It

POUR 3 cups of the orange juice into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. Gently stir in whipped topping.

ADD remaining 3 cups orange juice; mix until well blended.

SERVE immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour into six glasses. Garnish each with orange slices, if desired.

We drank this on a Sunday morning. The kids loved it. I added champagne to mine for a creamy mimosa. I had multiple servings.

This tasted good but I was expecting more of a dessert than drink. Less OJ would probably make it perfect.

So yummy! And couldn't be easier...I made it twice in two days. The second time I more "eye-balled" the juice and cool whip. You do want to stir it after it sits as it will separate a bit. I could definitely see this being made with other flavors of juice as well, but this is a winner just as is. I will definitely be making this time and time again.

I made it the night before I served it. It was half thicken pudding on the top and completely liquid on the bottom....weird but still tasted good.

I used the wrong pudding mix. I used cheesecake pudding by mistake. I'll try again with the right kind next time.

It's a healthy version of a creamsicle! Loved it especially considering how easy it was.

I LOVED this drink. I used pineapple juice instead of orange, and added a little sparkling wine for a more grown-up version. It was wonderfully refreshing!

Love it! I agree with cutting back the OJ to 5 cups, though. My daughter who hates OJ loves this drink. I'm so glad I finally found a way to get some Vit. C into her. THANK YOU, KRAFT!
