  • Mix dry gelatin and water in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in marshmallows. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add ice cream; beat with wire whisk until completely melted. Stir in orange juice and oranges. Pour into 6-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving platter. Fill center with fruit. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

Prepare as directed, using 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin.

How to Unmold Gelatin

Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun and easy to make, tasted wonderful. Fun and easy to make, tasted wonderful. My only HUGE bit of advice...don't use ice cream with vanilla beans (like Bryers all natural), the particles look like you sprinkled pepper on your jello mold! But it was good, even non-jello eaters enjoyed this creamsicle dessert.
