Creamy Orange Dessert

Melted marshmallows and ice cream make this orange gelatin dessert creamy. Orange juice and mandarin oranges give it an extra punch of orange flavor.

What You Need

pkg.  (8-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
cups  warm water
cups  JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows or 12 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
pt.  (2 cups) vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
cup  orange juice
can  (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
cup  each: raspberries and halved strawberries

Make It

MIX dry gelatin and water in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

STIR in marshmallows. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add ice cream; beat with wire whisk until completely melted. Stir in orange juice and oranges. Pour into 6-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving platter. Fill center with fruit. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

How to Unmold Gelatin
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
