Although my son liked this salad it was not a winner with my husband or myself. The salad is a pretty one and looks delicious; however, we just didn't care for the combination of flavors. I thought the dressing overpowered the fruit and couldn't see that the olives added anything to the mix. With so many good salads in my recipe box, I won't be making this again.
At first I thought I might regret making this recipe, but I needed to use up some oranges. It ended up being delicious! I added cubed chicken breast and had it as an entree. I will most definitely make this again.
I wondered how adding someseedless grapes would help. perhaps a few walnuts or coconut?
Sounds like it's heading toward Ambrosia?
