Rated 4 out of 5 by from this recipe was a great refreshing drink, but i gave it a twist after having it the original way. this recipe was a great refreshing drink, but i gave it a twist after having it the original way. i used the orange juice, but replaced the frozen yogurt with orange sherbet. i didn't use the crystal light mix or water either. i used sprite. either way made, they were both delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was delicious! This was delicious!! I made this today when I got home from the gym, for a breakfast for the kids (who typically will not eat breakfast) and as a snack for myself. I felt great about it, I didn't fee like I undid all my hard work at the gym and that it has enough vitamins and calcium that I feel it replaces what picky teenagers won't eat.
