Make It

  • Process egg yolks and next 5 ingredients in food processor until blended; stir in onions.
  • Brush edges of won tons with egg whites; top each with about 1 tsp. cheese mixture. Fold diagonally in half to completely enclose filling, pressing edges together to seal. Bring corners of won ton together; pinch ends together to seal.
  • Add won tons, in batches, to hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook 5 min. or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Size-Wise

Enjoy eating appetizers at a social occasion, but be mindful of portion size so you don't overdo it on calories.

Cooking Know-How

Won ton wrappers dry out easily, so keep them under a damp paper towel while preparing the won tons.

Make Ahead

Prepare and cook won tons as directed. Freeze up to 2 months. When ready to reheat, place frozen won tons on baking sheet. (No need to thaw first.) Bake at 350°F for 15 min. or until heated through.
