  • Process egg yolks and next 5 ingredients in food processor until blended; stir in onions.
  • Brush edges of won tons with egg whites; top each with about 1 tsp. cheese mixture. Fold diagonally in half to completely enclose filling, pressing edges together to seal. Bring corners of won ton together; pinch ends together to seal.
  • Add won tons, in batches, to hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook 5 min. or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
