I loved cooking this meal.I did a small variation and added yellow squash-loved the bursts of the flavors.Very easy, very tasty. I doubled...maybe even tripled the recipe (I do not cook with pasta often-so when the box said 16 oz-that was 2 cups) so when all cooked up,it seemed noodles dry and unsauced. I had my husband pick up extra box of the nuefchantel cheese and it was all good. I served with homemade bruschetta. I was very pleased with how things turned out.I would love to make this again and prolly will since my garden is producing massive amounts of zucchini.

I made the recipe for garlic cheddar biscuits fro the side of the Bisquick box and it made a quick, complete meal. However, the recipe tells you to put the broth and cream cheese in the same skillet you cooked the chicken in. I didn't remove the drippings from my chicken and my sauce was a tan color rather than white. It could be because I like to give my chicken a good "sear" to make sure it's cooked through. Next time I'll remove the drippings and I'm going to use more dressing, maybe even a bit to the cream sauce mixture.

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe, and it's a great way to eat a lot of veggies! There were a couple things I'd do differently next time. First, I'd sautee the chicken a bit before adding the veggies. By the time the chicken was cooked through, the veggies weren't as crisp as I'd like. The only other thing I'd do is to drain the veggies and chicken before making the sauce. I think that would help the sauce thicken a bit more. It was really good and we will make it again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good recipe. Very good recipe. Even my kids, ages 6, 4 and almost two ate this up. It took me about double the prep time (if you count washing veggies and chopping), however, to get everything done. I also boiled the chicken separate from the veggies and shredded it instead of cubing it. Then, I threw it in while the veggies cooked the last 5-10 minutes, or so to let it heat up. I added a bit more dressing to the veggies, too. Two Tablespoons just didn't seem like enough.

This was awesome, however I changed a few things...I did not use the red pepper and I used 8 oz of cream cheese rather than only 4 oz. I added tomato, basil and garlic seasoning along with garlic salt. Also, it takes longer for the meat and veggies to get done throughly; than stated in recipe. Lastly, My Husband mentioned using less zucchini because it was a little much... or simply substituting it with spinach. I will definitely make this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another keeper! Another keeper! Made this one tonight for hubby and me, and just as with "Simply Lasagna", he came back for seconds. (So did I.) Like some of the other folks, I added the basil (about a tsp. dried), 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, and also a little salt and pepper after dishing it. I'm starting to feel like I should throw out all those cookbooks I've collected over the years, esp. the ones I've hardly opened. Kraft has been so reliable, and EASY!!

I made this for my two boys who are picky eaters, but changed some of the food in there. Instead of adding only those vegetable in the recipes, I ended up swapping them out for broccoli, zucchini, squash, red/orange/and yellow bell peppers, and both my boys (and husband) wanted seconds! I definitely would make this again, it has become an all time favorite with my family and even my mom has been asking for the recipe! By far my favorite one!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wow. Wow. However, must be tweaked. I first marinated my chicken in zesty italian. I then cooked it, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid. I then cooked veggies & garlic in olive oil, added chicken, whole can broth, whole 8 oz. of the cheese, reserved liquid, basil, white wine. After mixing this with pasta, added 1/3 cup reserved liquid that boiled with pasta. Transferred to serving dish, and lots of good thick "alfredo" sauce.
