Substitute linguini for the rice.
Omit shrimp. Cut 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts into strips. Add to skillet with peppers; cook and stir 6 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Add garlic, lemon juice and cooking creme; continue as directed.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.

SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!! This was DELISH!!! I am always skeptical of online recipes because many turn out to be bland in taste. I followed the recipe except I doubled the garlic, added more shrimp & used bow tie pasta that I had on hand instead of using rice. This was so good. I added a side dish of 3 bean salad (canned green beans) and garlic toast. Yam Bam DINNER is SERVED in less than 20 minutes! Hubby loved it so much. He said this was a definite keeper! Thanks, Kraft!
All I can say is DELICIOUS!!! Oh, I substituted pasta for rice. I'll try the rice next time.
I just made this recipe and it was Delicious!!!! I got no complaints about this at all I will definitely have to keep this one on hand!
