This was a big hit at my house we were skeptical at first but it turned out awesome its definitely one of my favorite meals

What You Need

1
pkg.  (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1/2
cup  (1/2 of 10-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
1/2
cup  chicken broth
2
 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and deveined
2
cups   shredded cooked chicken
3
Tbsp.  chopped fresh cilantro

Make It

COOK Macaroni as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, blend cooking crème, broth and poblanos in blender until smooth; pour into saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

DRAIN macaroni; use to prepare Dinner as directed on package. Place in serving dish; top with chicken, poblano sauce and cilantro.

Make Ahead
Poblano sauce can be made ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 3 days before using as directed.
Substitute
Substitute 2 roasted fresh red peppers for the poblano peppers.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with prepared KOOL-AID Cherry Flavored Sugar-Sweetened Soft Drink Mix.
