This was delightful! i especially enjoyed the red grapes. it was easy to make and needed few ingredients. I used 3 cups romaine, 3 cups, baby spinach and 2 cups red swiss chard and found it to be a yummy as well as a good looking arrangement. The only way I could see it improved would be if there was a lighter version of the Creamy Poppyseed dressing.
I am new to the world of cooking and this recipe was not only easy to make, but absolutely delicious! I've already made it twice within the last two weeks!
