What You Need

boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips

cup KRAFT Fat Free Ranch Dressing, divided

1/2

cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping

pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens

red, yellow or green pepper, cut into strips

cup cherry tomatoes

Make It

TOSS chicken with 1/4 cup of the dressing; coat with grated topping.

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium heat 10 minutes or until cooked through.

TOSS chicken and remaining ingredients lightly with remaining dressing.

Handling Chicken Safely

Avoid having raw chicken come in contact with other ingredients. After cooking the chicken, place it on a clean plate. Never return the cooked food to the same plate that was used for the raw food.

Flavor wise this was very good. I added chow mein noodles to give this a little bit of a crunch. The next time I make this I will cook it with the ranch dressing, but I WILL NOT coat it in the parmesan cheese because all that did was stick to the bottom of my pan so while I was cooking the chicken I was scraping up the cheese and taking it out. so I would suggest you just that you just sprinkle it over the top of the salad.

Very good. We like our saladswith a lot of differents vegetables so I did the usual, plus the chicken, also after it was cooked and cooled I cut the chicken in bite size. My husband love it. My teenager daughter however wasn't too happy with it
