Excellent and easy dish! I made this as a side for the Saucy Baked Chops recipe I picked up from here as well, and we all absolutely loved it. I'm sure I'll be making both many times again as a meal as they worked really well together, and this is a new favorite way to do tortellini for me. Thanks for a great recipe!
