Rated 4 out of 5 by from Most of my family enjoyed this recipe. Most of my family enjoyed this recipe. My oldest son didn't like the lemon zest, but the rest of us liked it. It was a good dish, and my husband already asked me to make it again sometime. We made a few changes- added diced chicken breast, made the rice separate, and added less chicken broth and more cream cheese.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This dish was wonderful. This dish was wonderful. I decided to make this a main dish, and added 2 cups of cooked, diced chicken. It was wonderful, and very filling as the main course. The only change is that it needed a good bit of salt in the end to add flavor. I might add more cream cheese next time for extra creaminess.

This wasn't my favorite dish, although i like all the ingredients separately, together it just didn't mesh well with the cream cheese. I agree with the statement that the cream cheese overpowered the dish, and i especially didn't like the lemon flavor in it.
