I made this recipe but tweeked it for my taste. I would recommend adding more mayo (2/3 c) for a creamier recipe. I also nixed the peas and replaced them with a frozen garden blend of zuchini, carrots, cauliflower, lima beans & red peppers. I also used red onions raw for more flavor and 1/2lb. of cooked bacon crumbled and mixed in as well, then a touch of season salt. And for the topping I used French's fried onions cheddar cheese. I like this recipe because it allows for alot of self expression of taste. Ya' know, you could even add a spoonful or two of chunky salsa to your bowl for a mexically flavor.
