Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe but tweeked it for my taste. I made this recipe but tweeked it for my taste. I would recommend adding more mayo (2/3 c) for a creamier recipe. I also nixed the peas and replaced them with a frozen garden blend of zuchini, carrots, cauliflower, lima beans & red peppers. I also used red onions raw for more flavor and 1/2lb. of cooked bacon crumbled and mixed in as well, then a touch of season salt. And for the topping I used French's fried onions cheddar cheese. I like this recipe because it allows for alot of self expression of taste. Ya' know, you could even add a spoonful or two of chunky salsa to your bowl for a mexically flavor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! One of the best I've found from this site ( and I've tried many)!!! I did tweek it a bit however. I left out the peas ( my husband doesn'like them!), added a bit more mayo like the comments suggested, and added about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of dry mustard, just for a little zing! GREAT!!! we all loved it, even my 2- year- old!

Tonight I plan on making the Zesty Marinated Chicken. I think it would be a good idea to add the link to this website as a feature in the Etc. I think you would get a lot more visits and people actually using this valuable tool. Thank you.
