  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook and stir onions and peppers in 1 Tbsp. butter in small skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Add cooked vegetables to prepared Dinner along with the crabmeat, peas and mayo; mix lightly. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, melt remaining butter; stir in corn flake crumbs and onion power.
  • Sprinkle crumb mixture over casserole. Bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 min. or until crabmeat mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh fruit and a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

Substitute

Substitute 1 can (5 oz.) tuna or 1 can (7-1/2 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked, for the imitation crabmeat.

    Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! One of the best I've found from this site ( and I've tried many)!!! I did tweek it a bit however. I left out the peas ( my husband doesn'like them!), added a bit more mayo like the comments suggested, and added about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of dry mustard, just for a little zing! GREAT!!! we all loved it, even my 2- year- old!
