  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and peppers; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Add pea pods; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Add Neufchatel; cook 2 to 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • Drain pasta; return to pan. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Top with Parmesan.

Substitute

Prepare using multi-grain or whole wheat penne pasta.

    Very, very good. I used wholewheat Pasta and Philadelphia Cooking Creme, Italian Cheese & Herb. I have been wanting to try the cheese for a sauce and this was a perfect recipe to try it. It gave that extra punch of taste.
