  • Combine next 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. parsley in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
  • Top with paprika and remaining parsley.

How to Cook Potatoes

Cook the unpeeled potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 20 min. or until tender; cool. Peel potatoes, then cut into pieces. (Cooking the unpeeled potatoes helps prevent the potatoes from absorbing the cooking water.)
