We absolutely loved it, but next time I make it, there would be a couple things I would change. I would get shrimp without the tails or pull the tails off before I made it. It was hard to eat the dish when you had to stop each time you found a shrimp and had to pull or cut the tail off. Also, I let my sauce thicken a little too much and while it was still delicious, it got a little chunky once the rice was added. Otherwise awesome!
