  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until pink.
  • Add salsa. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
  • Stir in sour cream until creamy. Spoon shrimp mixture over hot cooked rice.

I cooked the shrimp according to directions but they turned out over-cooked :( The sauce was too watery. Combined with the yellow rice, it tasted a bit too salty. I used a boxed yellow rice. Will not make this again.
