Absolutely delish. I made this recipe at last minute when company was coming over and it turned out soooo gooood, people were asking for the recipe as they were leaving. I was wondering what I was going to do with so much of it, but there was NOTHING left over. Simply delicious and super easy.
My husband HATES cabbages..he will not eat it at all. But what can I do with 2 heads of cabbage that my sister gave to me? Found this recipes and decided to give it a try. Fixed it with mashed potatoes,and steak that had peppers onion and mushroom. My husband cleaned his plate 3 times expected for the poor steak.The steak never was eaten But this recipe was just awesome and will fix again and again. I didn't add the peanuts didn't have any on hand.But I think it is better not to have them in this recipe anyways.
