Assemble appetizers as directed but do not brush with egg mixture. Place in a freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Remove excess air from bag and seal bag. Freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, remove appetizers from freezer and place in a single layer on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 17 minutes or until heated through and golden brown.
Use a fork to seal the pastry edges - it adds a decorative edge and prevents the filling from coming out.

I made this recipe...yummo! But I have a few twist in mind..for breakfast I love to have cream cheese on croissants with fresh berries, so I am going to try this for my family as a breakfast treat..I will let you know how they turned out and will post the recipe, if its deserving of me doing so lol!
