  • Place carrots in 1-1/2-quart microwavable bowl or casserole dish. Add enough water to completely cover carrots. Microwave on HIGH 10 minutes or until carrots are tender; drain.
  • Place carrots in food processor container. Add fat free cream cheese, milk and 1 Tbsp. of the sugar; cover. Process until well blended. Place in serving bowl.
  • Mix remaining 1 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over carrot mixture.

Use Your Stove

Place carrots in saucepan. Add enough water to cover. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until carrots are tender; drain. Continue as directed.

Shortcut

Substitute 1 lb. frozen carrot slices for baby carrots. Heat as directed on package. Continue as directed.

    I liked it. It was like sweet, carrot mashed potatoes (minus the potatoes). It could use a little kick though.

    I tried this recipie, and I did everything just as it said, but it was horrible. Looked like baby food and smelled TERRIBLE. I have had great luck with Kraft's other recipes, but this one was just not good. I was dissapointed.
