I cut my chicken in bite size pieces & added all the ingredients together rather than putting chicken on top. Chicken breast tends to be kind of dry, son ?I think by cutting them into smaller pieces & adding it to the sauce with the pasta it was't dry. I also under-cooked the pasta because when I mixed it all together, I placed the mixture into a 9 X 13 pa, covered with foil & put it in the oven on very low, 170 for an hour or a little more. Pasta was just right & full of flavor

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My whole family absolutely loved this dish. My whole family absolutely loved this dish. I did use a full 16 oz box of Penne because I have so many mouths to feed (7). The only adjustment I would make to it in the future is I would double the sauce recipe (just because I cooked the whole box of pasta). I used 4 pieces of b/s chicken breast and sliced into tenderloin pieces to make them stretch a little more. The meal only cost me about 10 bucks or so to make. Will definitely be a family regular!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe tonight and my boyfriend and I loved it. I made this recipe tonight and my boyfriend and I loved it. I cut the portions of all ingredients in half and it turned out great. I added a little cayenne pepper to the garlic powder and pepper; also I substituted crushed basil for basil leaves. I'm still learning the tricks of cooking with a stainless steel pan so I had to use a new pan when going from cooking the chicken to warming the broth.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Normally, we love the cream cheese/chicken broth sauces. Normally, we love the cream cheese/chicken broth sauces. I usually use regular cream cheese and think that was what I like best. Overall, it was okay. My husband loved it so I will probably make again with a few minor changes like reg. cream cheese and adding diced or canned tomatoes. Hot cherry tomato juice in the face is not appealing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This dish is so tasty and easy to make. This dish is so tasty and easy to make. I absolutely loved it! I will make it again. I actually pounded out the chicken breasts and then marinated them in the sun dried tomato dressing and grilled them. They were very moist. I made a whole box of penne and doubled the sauce ingredients and it was perfect. I recommend this to anyone

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband loved this receipe. My husband loved this receipe. I used tie bow pasta instead of penee pasta. I think next time I will tweak the recipe just a little. I like my pasta more creamy therefore I will add more cream cheese. The Chicken marinated and cooked in the sun dried tomato dressing was so tend and delicuous. Great receipe and easy to make.

At times I have added some fresh minced garlic or used the herb and garlic cooking cream - always fast, easy and delicious!
