I went to three different stores but could never find the tomato basil cooking cream. I used italian herb cooking cream and a tomato basil soup mixture as a substitute and it came out pretty good! Also used small wagon wheel pasta instead of rice but I think it would have been better with the rice. Guess I'll just have to try it again!
