Oh So Good! I knew my kids wouldn't eat the pea pods, so I used chopped red & green peppers instead, also a handful of shredded carrots. I made the pasta in the morning, pat dry then tossed it in olive oil so it didn't stick together. Also made the super easy dressing dressing in the morning. Put (separately) in fridge for a few hours...toss the veggies and dressing in and serve!
Had fussy in-laws here that also loved it!
