Substitute 6 KRAFT Singles for the cut-up VELVEETA.
Cut measured amount of VELVEETA into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.

I'm a major Tuna and Rice lover. So, I checked to see the ingredients in the house and made it anyway! Since I didn't have the Velveeta cheese, so I used the American Cheese and still taste good! Definitely taste good! I can't wait to make it again!
I made this recipe without the parsley and I felt it was missing something (the parsley) nest time I will include it...but it was still very good.
I used instant brown rice, added salt, pepper, garlic and green onions. It was pretty good. Didn't think my hubby would like it - he's not into brown rice - but he really did. SUPER easy to make.
