Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was okay... It was okay... not creamy enough for me. Maybe it was user error, either way - I wouldn't make this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This receipe was fairly easy to make and very tasty. This receipe was fairly easy to make and very tasty. The only problem I incurred was that the directions online were not complete. I found that you have to cook the veggies first with water about half the time stated in the receipe, then drain the veggies, add the cheeses, and then finish cooking the veggies the remaining time. I made this dish in the microwave and it came out fresh. The veggies were not crispy or too soft. I will definitely make this dish again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yum! Yum! Not a big fan of frozen veggies, I cooked fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and used a box of frozen peas. The cheese mixture was like a nice, light, cheesy white sauce. It could have used a little seasoned salt and pepper. The family devouered it...definately a hit! Might even make a great mac and cheese with less veggies and maybe some small shell pasta.

It's been years since I've had any kind of cheesy veggies and these turned out SO good!! What a great side dish for almost any meal - actually I could see myself making a meal out of just the cheesy veggies. I did use the nuefachetle (whatever it's called) cheese instead of regular cream cheese. SO tasty!! Will definitely make again

I give this a four because I liked it but it was very cheesie...almost too much cheese and I love cheese. My son who loves vegie's did not like it but I am going to make it again and use 3oz of each cheese instead of 4. I also had to add about 1/3 cup of milk because it did not come out creamy like the picture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These veggies were great. These veggies were great. My cheese mixture boiled over in the microwave so I would recommend using a large bowl. I used a 9" round baking dish which was obviously too small. The cheese mixture makes this receipe good. It serves about 4 people. I used fat free cream cheese, and couldn't tell the difference.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very cheesy and creamy. Very cheesy and creamy. However, i don't think it's good for five servings; at least not for me. I like to eat more vegetables, so it will probably turn out to be three servings. Next time, I will just add more vegetables. Also, needs a little spice - some salt, pepper or lemon pepper.

Super-easy recipe, tastes amazingly delicious, and went over so well I only got a 1/2 a serving at the party!! I'm doing this again for the Memorial Day Weekend. Also, I like a little crunchy, so I added a small amount of crushed Ritz crackers to top it off.
