Special Equipment Needed

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favorite hot steamed vegetable.

Purchasing a fully-cooked rotisserie chicken at the supermarket is a quick way to obtain cooked chicken for recipes. Check to make sure the chicken is hot, not just warm, when you purchase it. If you are not using the chicken immediately, cut it into pieces and store in tightly covered containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Spray the foil with cooking spray before using to cover the lasagna to help prevent the foil from sticking to the cheese on top of the lasagna.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My crew asks for this dinner My family loves this lasagna. I have made it exactly as it says and I have made it with a few changes. I actually made this 2 nights ago, however, I'm trying to lose weight, so I trimmed down the fat a bit with lower fat cream cheese and I also used part skim ricotta instead of 2 packages of cream cheese. I also added saute'd onions, some mushrooms, and a layer of spinach. I changed out half of the noodles with thin sliced zuchinni. Overall, this is a great recipe that you can eat as is or you can change it up to suit your family. Enjoy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Website This review is more about your website than anything. When I open a recipe, 1/2 of the picture or video gets lost behind the Kraft banner at the top of the page. I love your site otherwise and look forward to getting your emails with new recipes, coupons and other information. It would be great however, if you could get your IT to fix the issue with the picture/video getting lost behind the banner when scrolling down. Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This lasagna was different but very good. This lasagna was different but very good. I deviated slightly from the recipe and made the following enhancements: I had a tub of Philadelphia Italian cheese cooking cream in the fridge so I used that and 1 pack of cream cheese. I did not measure the chicken but pretty sure it was well over 2 cups so I used the full 8.5 oz jar of sundried tomatoes. I also added spinach and chopped onion. My boys gave this dish rave reviews and so did hubby, who really doesn't like any pasta meals I make. I couldn't imagine this dish any other way. The recipe is a keeper but will reserve for holidays/special occasions due to prep time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks Good But Not SO Sure About Easy and Quick Any recipe calling for cooked lasagna noodles is not easy IMO. Otherwise it does look quick and easy.

Not being a fan of tomato sauce, but loving pasta I decided to make this for my husband and two step daughters. We all loved it,the girls who are notoriously picky (19+24) even went back for seconds. They usualy don't rave about anything, but I have heard them tell people 2 weeks later how good it was. I shared some with my nephew(25) & he asked for the recipe. Can't say enough how good this was and easy.Love it,love it,love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I could tell this was a winner by reading the ingredients. I could tell this was a winner by reading the ingredients. However I used some of other's suggestions as well as wanting to "skinny" it up. I used Neufchatel cheese cutting out 1/3 of the calories. Rather than lasagna noodles I layered with 2 trimmed to fit whole wheat, low fat & low carb. wraps per layer. I added sauted fresh mushrooms and onion to the chicken mixture. If I hadn't added the vegetables I would probably have used more than 2 c. chicken. I had on hand a package of 6 cheese Italian blend. I thought the artichokes and sun dried tomatoes would add an interesting flavor so they were included in the chicken mix. I made it as instructed but I added a layer of fresh spinach on the wrap before putting on the chicken mixture. We didn't think it was dry and it held together nicely. Very tasty and I am glad there are left overs to enjoy again!
