This was very good. Rich, but not overpowering. Sweet, but not overly sweet. I could not find instant butterscotch pudding, so used the kind that needs to be cooked. The consistency was different from the instant vanilla pudding, a bit thicker/stiffer, but it turned out well.
I think a touch of nutmeg might would go very nicely with this. I also think I will try different flavors of pudding.
I made this for the family on Mothers Day. Everyone raved about it.
This was delicious, but fattening, i'm SURE! Nothing could be THIS good and NOT BE fattening! Ha!
