  • Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 cup milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP. Spread over crust.
  • Beat each flavor pudding mix with 1-1/2 cups of the remaining milk in separate bowl with whisk 2 min. Pour in layers over cream cheese filling; top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours. Drizzle with caramel topping just before serving.

Variation

Substitute JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding for the butterscotch pudding, and chocolate syrup for the caramel topping.

Special Extra

For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method.  Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed.  Remove foil.  When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good. This was very good. Rich, but not overpowering. Sweet, but not overly sweet. I could not find instant butterscotch pudding, so used the kind that needs to be cooked. The consistency was different from the instant vanilla pudding, a bit thicker/stiffer, but it turned out well. I think a touch of nutmeg might would go very nicely with this. I also think I will try different flavors of pudding.

The only thing I would change is the butterscotch pudding and change it to chocolate or banana or maybe even pistachio. I personally don't care for butterscotch, but my husband loves it!! Either way you try it....you will love it!!
