  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Unroll dough on floured waxed paper to 14x10-inch rectangle, using floured rolling pin or finger tips. Invert and place dough in 11x7-inch pan; carefully remove waxed paper. Press gently onto bottom and up side of pan; crimp edges.
  • Spread bottom of crust with pizza sauce; top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
  • Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over pepperoni.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until small knife inserted near center comes out clean, loosely covering with foil after 15 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
