This is a perfect side dish for spring. I served it with grilled chicken, corn on the cob and potatoes.My husband loved this, he couldn't get enough of it. I would definitely make this again.
I wasn't sure how my family would respond to the combination of ingredients in this salad, but it was an overwhelming "YES" response. They devoured it. Wish I could get aspargus year-round because they keep begging me to make it.
