I may try making it again in the future and add some more seasoning. I agree that the chicken should be broiled for just a little bit to make sure it is crispy.

The recipe is good and I usually do several variations of this recipe with chicken or fish fillets. However, to it crispy I usualy do a broil at the end for 2 mins to 10 mins depending on the kind of oven.Otherwise it's usually soggy.
