Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I thought this recipe was really good. I thought this recipe was really good. I did change some stuff though to suit my tastes a bit more. They did not have cole slaw mix at the store, so I used broccoli slaw mix instead, and I increased the amount of apple and cranberries by about double. I felt it needed the sweetness from them both to give it more of a flavor. I also then had to adjust the dresssing a bit to compensate for the extra fruit. It turned out wonderful though. I got many compliments on it, and was asked for the recipe many times.
