This was a really easy recipe and I was quite pleased to find another way to make chicken. I had chicken tenderloins so I made chicken strips rather than breasts. I really liked the chicken that way. The strips tasted good dipped in Ranch dressing. My picky husband loved it. I've made it a couple of times and will use it in the rotation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love this recipe in our house. We love this recipe in our house. My husband has said it's our signature dish when we have guests. To help coat the chicken I put a plate of 1 egg, beaten, and a tbsp of milk to help it stick. It's so yummy! Goes really well with cream cheese mashed potatoes and peas!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The breading didn't stay on the chicken. The breading didn't stay on the chicken. It had little to no flavor. I would probably just make my own crust next time, adding the chili powder to seasoned breadcrumbs. It might help to do an egg coating first as well.
