I rarely make pork chops, but, since my boyfirend likes them I thought I would give them a try again.... this recipe turned out pretty well.....however, depending on the oven the "30 minute cook time" at 375 was not long enough....I cooked it for about 45 minutes and they were perfect.... I will definelty be making this again.... :)

It was a little too spicy for my taste, but very flavourful My husband gave it a 10 out of 10. I'll try it next time using the pork Shake 'n Bake.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The crust was soggy, not crunchy. The crust was soggy, not crunchy. But, I may have used too much shake 'n bake. There was not enough BBQ flavor for my family. If I make it again, will use more BBQ sauce and less shake 'n bake.
