  • Bake 20 min. or until done (165ºF). Cool 5 min.; cut into slices.

Well, I changed a few things.Time was saved by heating cooked breaded chicken fillets in the microwave. Instead of red lettuce, I used baby spinach. In place of the cheese, I used yellow pepper and corn. My dressing was a combination of Philadelphia Whipped Garlic and Herb with equal parts of fat-free sour cream. But I followed the basic idea and it was great!!!

The salad was easy to assemble, healthy (skipped the crutons, and used turkey bacon, added more veggies)and quick. From start to table it was done in less than 25 minutes! I loved it! Its going to be a permanent piece of our menu. Its like restaurant quality without the price!

Great recipe-I used Fresh Take to coat the chicken (the southwest three cheese variety) and it was super with fresh veggies from my garden. I made it again for company and used shrimp and scallops. The Sizzling Salad mix is a good alterntive, also. Mange' bene'!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good. So good. The chicken stays moist and the greens and cheese are delicious with the bacon. We mixed 1 part zesty italian dressing, with 1 part ranch dressing and made our own creamy italian dressing. It was so good. I couldn't wait for lunch the next day.
