What You Need

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/4

cup honey

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/4 lb.), each cut into 4 lengthwise strips

1-1/2

cups finely crushed potato chips

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Mix dressing, honey, mustard and peanut butter until well blended. Remove 1 cup of the dressing mixture; set aside for later use.

BRUSH chicken with remaining dressing mixture; coat with crushed chips. Place on greased baking sheet.

BAKE 8 min. Turn chicken over; bake an additional 5 to 6 min. or until lightly browned. Serve with the reserved 1 cup dressing mixture as a dipping sauce.

Substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for the MIRACLE WHIP Dressing and/or corn flakes for the potato chips.

I like the sauce better without the peanut butter buy my husband and son like it with. I suppose it is just a matter of taste! While messy, this recipe is worth it - my family LOVES it.

liked it, i guess but... I made a huge mess and not much for wanted to clean up big messes. Plus the sause was better before I put in the peanut butter

Covered chicken with ritz instead of potato chips. Very messy to make but worth it!!

I loved this recipe! It was so easy and the taste was amazing! I used chicken breast tenderloins and they worked awesome! I will definitely make it again! I love the homemade sauce!

I love cooking and new ideas so I decided to make this for my family. It definitely didn't turn out! I re-made it with my brother to see if I somehow completely messed it up the first time... no such luck. My family hated it both times.. the peanut butter just ruins the whole thing.. might be okay minus that!

Pretty good. I made it spicy though. I just used the miracle whip and hot sauce and did everything else the same. It gave it a kick! I used kraft ranch for dipping and it was excellent!
