  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix dressing, honey, mustard and peanut butter until well blended. Remove 1 cup of the dressing mixture; set aside for later use.
  • Brush chicken with remaining dressing mixture; coat with crushed chips. Place on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 8 min. Turn chicken over; bake an additional 5 to 6 min. or until lightly browned. Serve with the reserved 1 cup dressing mixture as a dipping sauce.

Substitute

Substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for the MIRACLE WHIP Dressing and/or corn flakes for the potato chips.

I re-made it with my brother to see if I somehow completely messed it up the first time... no such luck. My family hated it both times.. the peanut butter just ruins the whole thing.. might be okay minus that!

I liked sauce, but husband opted for BBQ instead. He wants me to make this for his Dad, so that means it was a winner with him!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this recipe several times. I've made this recipe several times. The only thing I do differently is I don't "bread" the chicken with the potato chips, and it comes out fine. The honey mustard sauce is very flavorful!
