What You Need

1/3

cup SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

pkg. (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens

can (7 oz.) corn, drained

cup canned black beans, rinsed

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2

cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

whole wheat dinner rolls

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MEASURE 1/3 cup coating mix; coat chicken with coating mix and bake as directed on package.

TOSS greens with corn and beans in large bowl.

TOP with chicken, cheese and dressing just before serving with rolls.

This was pretty good. Could have used something else with it, maybe tomatoes or onions. The chicken was good with e cheese and ranch.

Quick, easy, and simple...Even my daughter ate it all and asked for seconds which is isn't the norm when it comes to any salad. Will be making again!

This was excellent!! My whole family enjoyed it. I added some tomatoes and avocado. I can't wait to make this again. Super easy and delicious!

Super easy. I used breaded chicken tenders from the deli; so I only sliced and added them to other ingredients. Great for a light dinner, just add some rolls and voila; dinner is served.

I liked this recipe. Very easy to make. I could see using a Catalina dressing or a salsa for dressing and even some tortilla chips and making it more like a taco salad taste.
