Fantastic. Instead of pounding the chicken until it was 1/4" thick, I left it the way it came from the store. I pan fried it for about 5 minutes per side in a cast-iron skillet and then finished it in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. It was crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside.
My husband loved it and asked if I would make this again.
Very tasty and very easy to make. Yum!!
