Say hello to your family's new favorite weeknight dish: crispy chicken tacos with a sweet and spicy mango-chipotle slaw.

What You Need

pkg.  (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Spicy Chipotle Cheddar Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix
lb.  fresh chicken tenders
cups  coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
cup  KRAFT Mango Chipotle Vinaigrette Dressing
 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
 mango, cut into thin matchlike sticks

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

SPRAY baking sheet with cooking spray. Open FRESH TAKE bag; pull apart center seal. Mix contents together.

MOISTEN chicken with water; place in bag, 1 piece at a time. Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of chicken. (Chicken will not be completely coated.) Place on prepared baking sheet; top with any remaining cheese mixture.

BAKE 15 to 18 min. or until done (165ºF).

MEANWHILE, toss coleslaw with dressing in medium bowl. Top tortillas with chicken, prepared slaw and mangos.
