What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Spicy Chipotle Cheddar Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix

lb. fresh chicken tenders

cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)

1/3

cup KRAFT Mango Chipotle Vinaigrette Dressing

corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed

mango, cut into thin matchlike sticks

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

SPRAY baking sheet with cooking spray. Open FRESH TAKE bag; pull apart center seal. Mix contents together.

MOISTEN chicken with water; place in bag, 1 piece at a time. Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of chicken. (Chicken will not be completely coated.) Place on prepared baking sheet; top with any remaining cheese mixture.

BAKE 15 to 18 min. or until done (165ºF).

MEANWHILE, toss coleslaw with dressing in medium bowl. Top tortillas with chicken, prepared slaw and mangos.

This is the best chicken taco I have ever made. The dressing was a bit hard to locate and a hint for others is I found it at Super Walmart and it is a small 8oz bottle not the 16oz regular size ones and stuck up on the top shelf. I made it just as the recipe calls for and my whole family, even the ones who claim not to like mangos enjoyed it and voted to save the recipe to make again and soon!

I did not use the cheese bred crumbs, I seasoned the chicken and sautéed it and put it in the tortillas with topping. We liked this recipe. Will make again, especially this summer when it is hot.

I too had difficulty finding the dressing. I called Kraft and they gave me a list of stores in my area that sell the dressing. Give them a call to locate.

Easy and tasty. We used flour tortillas instead of corn. We also topped it with a slice of avocado. We'll be making it again!

Actually making this tonight with talapia! Had to get a different dressing as I could not locate the one in the recipe. Using Kraft Lime Vinaigrette. Can't wait.
