  • Mix crumbs, nuts, sugar and cinnamon in shallow dish. Beat eggs and milk in separate shallow dish until blended.
  • Cut each bread slice into 3 lengthwise sticks. Dip bread sticks in egg mixture; coat with cereal mixture.
  • Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in large nonstick skillet or griddle on medium heat. Add half the bread sticks; cook 3 to 5 min. on each side or until golden on both sides. Repeat with remaining butter and bread sticks. Serve warm with syrup for dipping.
