This was a good meal except like a lot of people stated, there's too much rice and not enough of the soup mixture. Maybe next time I'll double the soup mixture and I'll also try what one person suggested: cream of broccoli...that sounds like a GREAT suggestion! Also, the broccoli to me was not cooked enough. I prefer broccoli to not be so crisp so next time I'll probably cook it a little before I put the meal together instead of leaving it frozen.

Did not have the breaded fillets, so took some catfish fillets breaded them pan-fired just enough to get a crust, then put my cooked rice in a 9x9 pan. Next, I micro zapped the broccoli till crisp firm poured about 2/3 's of the soup water over this. sprinkled all the alloted cheese :). Put my fillets on top, little more cheese. Put in the oven just till heated through ~ 15 min. (everything is cooked)

I tried this recipe but instead of fish I made chicken breast in a seperate dish and it was excellent! I made everything exactly as the recipe called for except for cooking the chicken seperately. The rice with the broccoli, cheese and cream of mushroom together was an excellent combination. I will be making this more often and will try it with different meats. I recommend this to everyone!

I agree with the other reviews that it had too much rice. Next time I'll only use 1 cup. It was very easy and made a great weeknight dinner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was surprisingly good! This was surprisingly good! I modified a bit (used cream of potatoe soup) and cooked the meat separately (husband eats chicken, I'm a vegetarian) and it still tasted amazing. Definitely a "keeper" recipe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made this twice second time using a bigger pan. Made this twice second time using a bigger pan. Fish did not cook and was still frozen after 40 min. Had to microwave it. Maybe you are supposed to thaw broccoli and fish first?
