Very simple to make... which always makes it taste better in my book! I used an unbreaded filet of Mahi Mahi and it turned out great.
this is amazing and easy
I used fish with some sort of herbed breading. It gave the dish a lot more depth of flavor. Next time, I will add more seasonings to the sauce mixture, which was just slightly bland for our tastes.
