It was good! Refreshing taste and amazing combo with the fish. I loved the subtle taste of jalapeno in the background. My husband was two thumbs up!
Very easy and very good. I would give it 5 stars but I thought the cilantro was a little overpowering in the sauce. Next time I'll just use a little less than the recipe calls for. My husband and son both loved it.
This recipe was excellant for the summer. I substituded tilipia for the orange roughy and it was awesome. I definatly will make this again.
