What You Need

tsp. dried basil leaves, divided

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

orange roughy fillets (1 lb.)

lb. red potatoes (about 4), cut into 1-inch chunks

1/2

cup fat-free milk

1/4

cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping

1/4

cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese

tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

SPRAY foil-covered rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Add 1 tsp. basil to coating mix in the shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Use to coat fish as directed on package. Place in prepared pan.

BAKE 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min. or until tender.

DRAIN potatoes; return to pan. Add milk, grated topping, reduced-fat cream cheese, rosemary and remaining basil; mash until mixture is blended and of desired consistency. Serve with fish.

WOW! This was an awesome recipe. I even got a This is really good and a make it again from my dad whom usually says, it is ok. My boyfriend's kids both really liked this recipe and they are picky eaters. The daughter loved the mashed potatoes. This is on my make again list. The only suggestion I would make is that you should flip the fish 1/2 way through baking for a more even baking versus one side being really crispy.

The fish was really good, next time I may add more basil though. The potatoes were okay, nothing special.

potatoes were delicious! Shake and Bake gave a great crunchy outside to the fish. We will definately make this again!

This is a great recipe to make with a child. My daughter loved shaking the fish in the bag. Good flavor.

This is quick, easy and very tasty. We love this at our house. I use Chive & onion cream cheese because I can't find the garlic kind.

This recipe was easy to follow and prepare. We used Talapia instead Orange Roughy and it was great. I would not suggest it as a meal for leftovers, though.
