WOW! This was an awesome recipe. I even got a This is really good and a make it again from my dad whom usually says, it is ok. My boyfriend's kids both really liked this recipe and they are picky eaters. The daughter loved the mashed potatoes. This is on my make again list. The only suggestion I would make is that you should flip the fish 1/2 way through baking for a more even baking versus one side being really crispy.
