Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! WOW! This was an awesome recipe. I even got a This is really good and a make it again from my dad whom usually says, it is ok. My boyfriend's kids both really liked this recipe and they are picky eaters. The daughter loved the mashed potatoes. This is on my make again list. The only suggestion I would make is that you should flip the fish 1/2 way through baking for a more even baking versus one side being really crispy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is an excellent recipe for fish and super easy. This is an excellent recipe for fish and super easy. I made it for my visiting parents and my mother, who does not like fish much, just raved about how good it was - so much so that she wrote the recipe down before she left. The potatoes were also good but I couldn't find the roasted garlic cream cheese so I substituted plain cream cheese and then added my own garlic seasoning - it tasted great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had to use tilapia instead of orange roughy because orange roughy was not available. I had to use tilapia instead of orange roughy because orange roughy was not available. I also had to use Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese with Chive and Onion for the potatoes because that was all that was available. This meal was absolutely delicious and very easy to prepare.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This meal was very good, though I found the Shake 'n Bake coating to be slightly salty. This meal was very good, though I found the Shake 'n Bake coating to be slightly salty. Made it for 3 people, and it really was too much potatoes, not enough fish. I think next time, I'll buy double the fish.
